Also, no car was available for me to use so I had to wait. In AZ they come get my car and leave one for me to drive or I can take it in and pick up a car to use. It appears Lincoln is a “side business “for this dealer. It won’t stop me from using this service again because I spend 6 months in Park City in the summer. More

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Service Department! Three days to attempt a diagnostic on a AC issue with my truck! Finally had to pick the truck up, as they were unable to even loo Service Department! Three days to attempt a diagnostic on a AC issue with my truck! All they wanted to do, was keep it for another day…No communication from the service writer, unless I reached out !! Never again, will I take anything there again More
