I Was called for a recall. They performed the recall (ecm reprogram) but they didn't do it correctly. I called them back with the list of 8 check engine codes ( all uncommunication codes). they said they wou reprogram) but they didn't do it correctly. I called them back with the list of 8 check engine codes ( all uncommunication codes). they said they would take care of it. The 2nd time the truck was taken in I got a call stating the tech messed up and installed the update wrong the first time and they would fix it. I went in the next day and the check engine light was still on (it wasn't on before I went in for the recall) and still showing uncommunication codes. The service rep tried telling me I would need to replace the Crank case ventilation and then tried to charge $600 on repair to fix issues that didn't exist. I took my truck to a local diesel shop and they reprogrammed my ecm for a couple hundred dollars and all issues weren't taken care of. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this dealership trying to charge more for issues that didn't happen or they didn't perform the work that was paid for. Save your money, time and energy and drive to the ford dealers in Utah county. More
