I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 F-150 along with the extended warranty from Larry H. Miller Ford - Draper. The sales person I worked with, Brian, was great and very friendly. I drove it off the lot the extended warranty from Larry H. Miller Ford - Draper. The sales person I worked with, Brian, was great and very friendly. I drove it off the lot and not a month later, the radiator started to leak so I brought it in for service. Then I received a call that the front end was damaged once they got in there and it was NOT covered by the extended warranty I purchased. Cost - $3,000. This was NOT disclosed in the sell of the vehicle. The sales guy said he talked to GM and GM said I bought a used vehicle and that I am responsible for the hidden damage. This is absolutely unacceptable and if anything, they should at least share the cost of the damage that was not disclosed to me. I realize it may not have been disclosed to the dealer, but the fact that I just purchased the vehicle, paid the full asking price, it was certified, and I also purchased the extended warranty, one would think they would at least work with me a little on this in good faith, at least sharing the cost. I am hoping someone will reach out to me from this dealer and clear their reputation. I am extremely frustrated and feel like a $3000 dollar fix should have been disclosed prior to my purchase. I am hoping to change my rating of this dealer if I can get some help. More

So other then the looking at new cars I don't know of anyone that enjoys the sale,paperwork,trade in,etc. Working with Preston Larson(sales) and Tyson Kelsey(sales manager) these two worked with me to ge anyone that enjoys the sale,paperwork,trade in,etc. Working with Preston Larson(sales) and Tyson Kelsey(sales manager) these two worked with me to get me what I wanted and more and my trade in was about what it should of been!! I feel it was fair for both parties. If your serious about a car take your time to be able to work with these two gentlemen. After getting home found one minor issue called and Preston didn't hesitate, bring it back in and they'll take care of it!! That's a nice feeling. I have read other places one key, I received four!!! Shop around but definitely look here and talk to them. More

Worst experience EVER! Dishonest. Think you have deal and they call back and want more down and higher int. sell junk but won’t stand by it! In all my 68 years, I’ve never dealt with a rip-off joint like Larry H Miller. From interaction with LHM employees, it appears their behaviour is a corporate characteristic. More
