Customer service is non-existent. I put in an order for a 2024 Ranger and received zero updates from anyone in sales even after I complained and was in contact with the manager. I was tracking my trucks progress myself and saw it was delivered on the 17th. I decided to finally go in and talk to someone about it on the 19th. They informed me that it was there and ready to be picked up but apparently no one was going to ever contact me to let me know. More

I am very unhappy with the service provided on Friday. I was told the vehicle would be there for at least half of the day, maybe even a full day. Yet the vehicle was delivered less than 3 hours after pick I was told the vehicle would be there for at least half of the day, maybe even a full day. Yet the vehicle was delivered less than 3 hours after pick up. The vehicle DID NOT get washed, the vehicle inspection form WAS NOT provided as stated on the invoice. And vehicle recall/inspection of recall WAS NOT performed as stated when making the appointment. Very bad. I expected better from Ford More
