Friendly and courteous I usually wait to have my vehicles serviced and did so today. The wait was reasonable as I had my car serviced and my state inspections done. It was also nice to be made aware of maintenence that the manufacturer suggested, but not be pressured to get it done right then. More

Poor customer relations and do not stand behind their produc Waited several weeks to get a scheduled appt to have my center counsel latch replaced and sunroof repaired because according to dealership this is whe Waited several weeks to get a scheduled appt to have my center counsel latch replaced and sunroof repaired because according to dealership this is when the appropriate techs were in to deal with this. I call on the morning to confirm my appt and the receptionist pulled appt up and confirmed. I show up at dealership and attempt to check in with service tech who tells me he doesn't show I have an appt. When I explain to him the reason for my visit and tell him the part for my center console was ordered by them and my sunroof was not working ... he asks me if I am paying for the repairs. I was somewhat surprised by this and advised him the vehicle had only 39,000 miles on it. Instead of listening to me, he proceeds to get on his computer print off the warranty for the car and tells me although the mileage is low it's over the age for the warranty. The techs overall approach and demeanor was far from the service I would expect from a luxury car dealership. I was so disgusted I just walked away. I had just waited how long for this appt, and wasted how much time bringing my car in to be treated this way. I have brought this car into this dealership since I purchased and never had this type of experience. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the vehicle and will use them for my repair needs. Lincoln needs to stand behind their product. A vehicle with only 39,000 miles should not require these repairs. Customer loyalty is earned and sadly Lincoln fell short. More
quarterly truck service I get my my truck serviced every 3 months. The last time the service was terrible and this time it was great. I was worried because it was a girl helping me and she turned out to be awesome. My bad on that one. I also need new tires and she gave me two options...the one I wanted and she gave me another option that was a little more expensive...smart move by her. Another thing..she told me exactly how long the car would take and did not bs me. I appreciated that. More
