Disappointed Took my car for basic service, had the struts replaced, back up camera not part of warrenty, will replace another time, Richard Rudy was great, but st Took my car for basic service, had the struts replaced, back up camera not part of warrenty, will replace another time, Richard Rudy was great, but still feel something happened while being serviced that cause me to have a battery problem. 1st noticed when starting engine &I drove home. Warning notice of low power, very sluggish to start. Car died needed a jump, brought it back, told it was a coincidence that the battery needed to be replaced.hard to believe. Good experience in the past. More

Superb customer service While traveling on a road trip, the "service engine" light came on in our truck as we were approaching SLC near the end of the day. We called them an While traveling on a road trip, the "service engine" light came on in our truck as we were approaching SLC near the end of the day. We called them and they told us, without hesitation, to bring our truck in the next morning (on a Saturday). And they would take a look. Not only did they take a look, but they diagnosed the problem quickly, made the necessary repairs and got us back on the road that afternoon. Phenomenal!! Our service advisor and technician both treated us as long-time customers. They were polite, personable and very professional in every respect. They provided several updates throughout the day as well ensured our comfort during our wait. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in our time of need. These guys were great!! More
