Went in for Service to review some items. I took the day off for this. Minimal if any interaction with person assigned to me. When I picked up my car 0 interaction, he or another guy did not ask if I wanted to move forward on any of the items, 0 post follow up. I was just handed my keys by the another guy. I’ve been to this service department previously for a recall issue and it was outstanding. This past visit was POOR and I do not trust them enough to go back. Definitely not impressive nor would I return. More
