Superb customer service While traveling on a road trip, the "service engine" light came on in our truck as we were approaching SLC near the end of the day. We called them an While traveling on a road trip, the "service engine" light came on in our truck as we were approaching SLC near the end of the day. We called them and they told us, without hesitation, to bring our truck in the next morning (on a Saturday). And they would take a look. Not only did they take a look, but they diagnosed the problem quickly, made the necessary repairs and got us back on the road that afternoon. Phenomenal!! Our service advisor and technician both treated us as long-time customers. They were polite, personable and very professional in every respect. They provided several updates throughout the day as well ensured our comfort during our wait. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in our time of need. These guys were great!! More

Hour 1: middle aged man s Make an appointment only to find that the line of cars waiting for service, nullified the effectiveness of said appointment. Hour 1: middle aged man sitting across from me playing his tablet games on full blast is somewhat irritating but I am patient. Hour 2: my vehicle has arrived at the front of the line. Man has been playing the same game the whole time. I know this because the music is god aweful. I move to the other side of the waiting room. 0.5 hours later and my vehicle is pulled into a bay. Progress. Hour 3: I Begin to contemplate life choices. Start to miss my family. Hunger setting in. Maybe my wife was right in that I should have taken the truck to anywhere else. Our maintenance package we purchased once rationalised my decision to come here. Tell my wife and kids I love them. More
