Man has been playing the same game the whole time. I know this because the music is god aweful. I move to the other side of the waiting room. 0.5 hours later and my vehicle is pulled into a bay. Progress. Hour 3: I Begin to contemplate life choices. Start to miss my family. Hunger setting in. Maybe my wife was right in that I should have taken the truck to anywhere else. Bad turned good. I had a LOF appointment this morning I was the first in line waiting for the dealership to open. But when they opened up everything seemed very hecti I had a LOF appointment this morning I was the first in line waiting for the dealership to open. Awesome maintenance and service I had my 2016 F350 in today for an oil change and a check engine light. I needed my truck back tomorrow to move my daughter home from college. Althoug I had my 2016 F350 in today for an oil change and a check engine light. I needed my truck back tomorrow to move my daughter home from college. Although the repair for engine was slated to take more time than what was left in the day, the service writer, Dan, assured me that the technician would stay late and finish it so I would not have to rent a UHaul. This was amazing and far beyond what I would have expected from a dealership service department. These guys Rock! More
