Kim lisented to my needs and went above and beyond. I went in for an oil change and had responsibly fast service. Everyone was very polite and Kim honed in on a question I had asked him and had it taken I went in for an oil change and had responsibly fast service. Everyone was very polite and Kim honed in on a question I had asked him and had it taken care of for me without my knowledge. I had just had my car washed prior to my visit so he had a few scratches buffed out instead. I really appreciated it. A coupon for a car wash was also left in my vehicle. In the past I can't say I've had such good service there but this visit will keep me going back. Thanks Kim! More

My 2002 Explorer was repaired quickly, and when a hose cmse loose later, that also was quickly addressed. My 2003 Expedition also was expertly handled, which was awesome. I received great care, including plenty of communication, feedback, and suggestions. I can't think of a single way the experiences could have been improved. They were on point! More

Fabulous Except I had a great experience at ford ! Dave Cisneros was awesome!!!! Andrew was my salesman and two days after I bought two ford escapes I realized I only I had a great experience at ford ! Dave Cisneros was awesome!!!! Andrew was my salesman and two days after I bought two ford escapes I realized I only had a spare for one escape so I went to talk to him and he didn't believe me and all but called me a liar . I was very sad that he would say that because it had been such a positive experience so I called Dave C and he got me a spare with no hassle ! Went in they had no problems and done!
