Used car purchase I flew 500 miles to inspect a used car I was interested in. The car was as represented and I bought it. Was treated fairly and respectfully. My only complaint is that the car did not have the owners manual and requests to provide same were ignored. The used car is a Ford and The seller is a Ford dealership so it should have been easy for them to procure a manual for the new owner of this complex car. Problem is that I discovered the situation after driving 500 miles home and was easy for them to ignore. More
