Crappy Attitudes AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Do yourself a favor, I recommended this dealership to my mother in law and am so embarrassed I did. My mother in law started the c AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Do yourself a favor, I recommended this dealership to my mother in law and am so embarrassed I did. My mother in law started the car process by first completing an application. The reason was because she had not good or bad credit and she wanted to see what they could do for her before she shopped. Her salesman was FANTASTIC, and after the application was complete a sales manager came over to say that they could get her financed for approximately 18% interest and that we should go over to the tent sale happening at the SouthTown Center. We loaded up and picked a vehicle out of the other lot, we waited for a little over an hour for finance, all the while the big dogs continued to come over to us while waiting for finance to call us trying to do the xxxxxxx salesman mode, like sign here if you agree and so on. Finally we were called and during the contract process everything was hidden as much as possible as my mother in law was signing documents. She ended up with 25% interest and a car that was a piece of xxxx. The following Monday we brought the car back to the dealership to return it, which was 1 day after buying the car because of the Sunday in between. The dealership told us to go back to the tent sale where it was bought and return it there, so our salesman went with us to do this and when he seen how we were treated and the way my wife reacted, he disappeared! They would not take the vehicle back and said they'd have it towed if we left it there, plus they'd put it on her credit as a repo. At this point they kept our $500.00 check and admitted that they didn't even have financing yet for the car, as well as laughed in our faces. My mother in law got financing at another place at 18% interest and a beautiful vehicle! Run, run like xxxx and I mean it, If there is a problem they are in it to churn and burn. Larry Miller has passed on and this is NOT the same integrity, I will tell everyone I know and I'm never going back. More

Brett Beer is the guy to see. Brett spent a great amount of time with us to make SURE that we had all the info that we wanted. Free shipping, 4 good tires (1 was bald in spots had to replace& rest 40% need to replace real soon) if they would have just told me the truth could have asked for new tires, delivery date, told it had full gas tank(was empty had to fill up immediately,I have never bought a car and the dealer not fill up,pics sent to me before show it close to E), still awaiting a response on the oil pressure sensor (pics sent to me of dash oil pressure marking 80psi show bad sensor, I just want the part to install it myself). Well I live in Texas and saw a great deal in a Hummer online that they had listed and decided to go with it since I saw great reviews. I submitted an online inquiry about it Wednesday 7/15/15. Received a call within the hour and put a down payment with Eric Gerrett. Thursday 7/16/15 morning came along Eric said to expect a call from the Finance Director. Also to expect delivery on Friday 7/17/15 after 5pm. (mind you I have yet to see any pictures i have asked or sign any contract). The whole day passed and no call from either. Friday came along I texted Eric Did not get a reply from until after 7pm the Hummer did not get shipped. would have been nice to be notified instead of just waiting and worrying all day. Saturday 7/18/15 comes along finally get a call from Alex he apologized and we go over the contract and I ask him about the TAX situation He said right that they would charge me the TX tax and they would send it to TX. I said ok I just dont want to be be charged tax twice he said not to worry and put my mind at ease. He also gave me a choice of how I would like to receive my contract by mail or if i would like it to be put in the glove box.I said well since Eric has my delivery set up for Early next week and I am paying for it go ahead and put it in the Hummer. He said thats fine to just add proof of insurance and copy of license into the return envelope. Monday 7/20/15 came along and I get a call from the Finance director saying that my Hummer will not be sent until I sign the contract because of the delivery cost, I said I am paying for the delivery cost. I Hung up contacted Eric told him I was worried and angry at everyone not sticking to their word. Within the hour I get a call from a Sales Manager I believe it was Steve. He said he wanted to see what was going on. I told him the story and said since I am paying for shipping I wanted my hummer to be shipped on the date that supposedly was setup already (which was not I found out). He said that he was sorry for the confusion from either employee but that I do need to sign the contract 1st and that the shipping cost was going to be paid by them. “we are picking up the charge to get it shipped down there” I said ok. 7/21/15 received contract with shipping charged. contacted Eric he said “I pray we can finalize this. Hear me out bc This sale is going sideways” (I have the text) Wow I couldn’t believe he just said that, it is no way my fault that they are miscommunication.He said everyone pays shipping but I told him what the sales manager said and Eric said “the sales manager does not know what he is talking about or doing” that I would need to pay it. I said I wanted to talk to a manager. He said no one was in all have left for 3 days to an opening of another store. I feel like I was coerce to sign by Eric because he said my down payment was nonrefundable if I back out. So I signed. Now Tuesday 8/18/15 (update 8/22/15) I have asked Eric every week for my copy of the papers I signed, also about the rest of the issues (he has only responded with I’ll get on it tomorrow every time). Meanwhile all this wasted time the temporary tag is going to expire in the next few days and cannot drive it. Since I cannot finish the process of registering it here in Texas without the signed contract of the transaction. I would need another temp tag and my contract. I am also worried now about the tax situation since I cannot trust them in other things how can I trust them with this if an issue arises when I go and register my car. So good product bad service. Will update my review once all this is finalized if ever. More

Service center expierence I recently had an issue with my 2010 Milan. My car lost power on the freeway and left me coasting across four lanes of traffic.Ford has offered and extended warranty on the throttlebody. I had my car towed to Larry Miller Ford in Sandy. I told the service technician that I had researched and found out about the warranty online and ask them to check that first. They called me that evening and said they could find a diagnostic code and their policy was that they could not make the repair. After some negotiating the service technician told me that he would make some calls. I called later the next day and found that they had fixed the problem after all. Totally impressed with the extra effort. So in all I had a good experience and was taken care of, the only downside was I was left without transportation and although I asked for help with a loaner or rental car the dealership would not budge, left me scratching my head, after all this was an issue with Ford seems to me that the car should've been recalled. Since Ford was offering the warranty could not figure out why they wouldnt offer transportation Although I am happy with the experience that money I had to spend for the Rent-A-Car would've really sealed the deal and made me a lifetime customer.
