With every time I’ve had to go to this dealership they have always given me a diagnosis different than the other professional diagnoses I’ve had and it always costs hundreds of dollars more, they always t have always given me a diagnosis different than the other professional diagnoses I’ve had and it always costs hundreds of dollars more, they always try to add something onto the service, things that are perfectly fine, and always costs me hundreds of dollars. My car ends up working fine after refusing what they offer. The communication at this dealership is horrible. Every single time I’ve gone, I’ve had terrible experiences with communication. It usually takes 15 minutes on hold to get a representative, and they always have to transfer me to another representative and it’s a mess, it’s crazy how only one person knows about or can look up the status of my car. After calling and texting for updates for 3 days straight, I finally got an answer saying my car was done, but no one ever reached out to me to tell me my car was ready to pick up (was I just supposed to know? if I didn’t call, how much longer would I have to wait?) I have come a few times mostly because I need a certified dealer and there is no other option, otherwise I would never come here again. The communication especially is horrible. More

I made an early appointment on Monday and never heard anything until I called them multiple times in the afternoon. They hadn’t even diagnosed the problem yet. I finally got a call around 4pm with the estimate and was told they probably couldn’t get the part in by closing time but would have it done in the morning. I finally received a phone call the next afternoon. The bill was over the estimate and seems excessive. More
Personnel upfront do a great job, but the quality control their technicians needs improvement. I have left several reviews and have seen zero follow up from their leadership. Once I use what I have paid for from my warranty, I will not be returning to this dealership nor any Larry Miller dealership. It isn’t the same genuine care for customers that was once there when the Millers owned the business. More
