Purchased ford truck 4 years ago. Didn't find out the only service dealer in Utah who can repair this truck is in sandy, 150 miles away until the first time it broke down. $750 tow bill. Each time it broke down we had to tow it 150 to 320 miles each time. The tow bills broke me. The salesman I bought it from didn't tell me the service limitations. One of the brake downs was a bad generator, which they sent to Richfield to be installed. 3weeks later it went out again and we towed it to sandy. We were told it had an after market generator on it an it wouldn't be on warranty. Told them we bought it from you 3 weeks ago but they wouldn't release the truck till we paid the $700. After a few phone calls we were told we would receive refund, but haven't got a dime. The last time it was towed to sandy was April. Was told it was fixed so went to get it, gave them $1100. I only got a mile down the road till it quit. Between the repair bills and tow bills we are up above $10,000. Today it is still in their repair yard. Rob Zimmerman has been good to work with but can't do anything. I am writing this review to help anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from them from making a mistake. I learned my lesson. More
I purchased a used car from Larry Miller and even though it was a 2010 and looked wonderful it was a wrecked car made to look great. I couldnt figure out why the tires wore funny. Pulled a carfax and sure enough,, the sales man "Gus" lied to me. It was in a structure damaged accident leaving the car unsafe to drive. I signed a "as is" form so I am just out. I traded it in immediatly and lost $8,000 dollars in a matter of 8 months. I expect a car to depreciate but come on. After numerous calls and letters all I got was "we dont do business like that". Never once an apology, just pushing me off from one person to another with no one wanting to do anything. So, if I can stop anyone else from getting takeing from them, that will be worth the more then 8,000 dollars I am out. I have proof if anyone would like my documention. Went in to get oil change, just looking why we were waiting and Randy showed up. I said i'mnot buying and he smiled and said thats fine, he started asking questions about my car and the next thing i ne waiting and Randy showed up. Bobby did an excellent job and was upfront about the Lancer Evolution and it's competition. He did a great job and was very quick to address any questions I had. Being that he was a lancer owner, I heard about him on Lancer Evolution on communities which lead me to contact him. When I came in the Evo I would have liked was moved to another dealer. He was sure to get it back and worked to secure financing for myself and my wife to keep it within our budget to purchase two vehicles. Beyond that, Bobby was very friendly and had a humbleness about himself. He did not pressure me to buy, but rather showed me why he was able to get myself and my wife what we needed where others may not be able to. I was deciding between Brookdale Subaru's WRX STI they had and an Evolution at White Bear Mitsu. Bobby explained to me his own experience owning his Evo and then had me drive the Evolution. I have spent several days with the car and absolutely love it. I only wish the Sight & Sound package would have been installed, but aside from that it's an excellent vehicle and the whole transaction went very quickly and easily. More
My husband and I are very pleased with our new purchase. We just love our new vehicle. We have been very impressed by the sales man (John Carper) who has called us a few times after we purchased our new vehicle to make sure we happy with our purchase. We like that we aren't just another "sale"; to them we really are more than that! We are very pleased and we would reccommend this dealership to all of our family and friends! Kimm listened to my description of the problem, asked intelligent questions and made me feel that he truly cared about what I was reporting and understood my concerns. It's extremely important to me to know that my truck (my pride and joy) will come out of service as a much better vehicle, whether it went in for a simple oil change or a complicated trailer suspension helper system. It's that confidence in Kimm and his crew that ensures I will always bring my vehicle to LHM Sandy for service. More

You use an application on your website called black book, but you use a different source for determining the price of a vehicle in the shop. The people I dealt with were very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. They have even called or sent me emails to make sure that I didn't have any questions come up over the last few days. More
