Taking our perfectly good Nissan SV Plus in to get a factory recall to make the fast charger work, our car died. Yes, they killed it and had no parts to fix it. Now through no fault of our own, we have spent hours of worrying, searching and trying to find a suitable car. Why is this our issue? They should have GIVEN us a comparable car at no charge. Why could they not send the car to Canada, (which they are doing) fix it and give it back to us? Could they give us a deal on purchasing a car from their inventory that fit the budget they gave us? Alpine Nissan is a big company and Nissan even bigger. You would think they would make this right. Bye Alpine. More
