Worst service department ever! 2 1/2 hours waiting for an "Express Service" oil change! The wait for an appointment to deal with another issue is over 45 days! And worse yet, they 2 1/2 hours waiting for an "Express Service" oil change! The wait for an appointment to deal with another issue is over 45 days! And worse yet, they don't seem to care at all!!!
