How does me having anything in my car have anything to do your ability to provide "quality service"? They don't impact each other at all. This is your way of telling your customers that you don't trust your employees and that your employees aren't afraid that they will get fired for stealing my things. I won't be back whether you want to replace my charger or not. Also, I feel that it is my obligation to tell everyone I know that you encourage your employees to take anything they want from customers cars.
