To be totally honest, I went here for an oil change and I was given very bad information about what time they close. When I got there, it seems like all of the employees left early and I wasn’t able to get m was given very bad information about what time they close. When I got there, it seems like all of the employees left early and I wasn’t able to get my vehicle. I did however contact some people that were still working there and they were extremely nice and helped me out, but my service advisor and everybody else who was helping me did not do a very good job. It was an extremely poor experience for such a simple process of an oil change and I hope that it does not happen again More
I had a great time over all at the dealership . I had prompt service. The shop looked clean .The lady Service writer was great with my service letting me know about work on my car and how long it wa I had prompt service. I’ve been going to the dealership for over 30 years and there’s a good reason why. They have always been courteous, friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience from Trudy, or any other ser there’s a good reason why. They have always been courteous, friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience from Trudy, or any other service provider. Trudy mostly have been my go to person. She always has a great attitude even on extremely busy days. The mechanics have always fixed my vehicles correctly. There was only one time in my 30 plus years of business with this dealership that they had difficulty finding a problem. My 2012 Toyota Camry was bought new from them and had approximately 60,000 miles on it. They had trouble finding the true issue on a noise coming from beneath the steering column so I traded it in that same day and bought a brand new Toyota 4Runner. More
