The showroom was very neat and clean our salesman. Unfortunately I do not recall. His name was very helpful. First thing first, a big thank you for taking care of the problem. The representative that was assigned to fix the problem is off for the day but Eric took over. When Eric informed me that the problem is not problem. The representative that was assigned to fix the problem is off for the day but Eric took over. When Eric informed me that the problem is not covered by the warranty I was very disappointed and all I have to do is take care of the bills. I mentioned to Eric that I am a military veteran and told him what if I am gone for six months how do I prevent this from happening. I used to have other vehicle that didn’t run into this issue. On my way to take care of the bill and pick up my truck. He surprised me with a zero bill and my disappointment was switched to happiness and I was overjoyed and given Eric a very thankful hug.
