Called and was dealing on a used jeep I was told the jeep was Amazing and drove and ran great the salesman said it was 9 out of 10. I drove 3 hours to buy when I got there the jeep as in the back. So we start the jeep to go one a test drive and it has a major exhaust manifold leek and the sales man tells me it is because of the mods on the jeep and the ratio..... Witch is the biggest joke. I have done repairs on vehicles before so we took it for a spin the jeep wandered down the road like crazy and pulled to the left if you let go of the wheel it would shoot off the road. Also the jeep had a clunk in the drivetrain the door panel was broke the antanne was snapped off and laying over and the windshield was cracked from top to bottom after the test drive I walked in to discuss the problems I was told that it wasn't brand new and I told them that the least they could have done is aligned the jeep before I showed up for a test drive and i basically was told that my opinion doesn't matter in a short version this dealership is a joke and has no idea what quality used sales is about plus they are liers. Worst part is most of the conversation was with the sale manager, telling me that if he is this big of a joke than its no wonder the rest of the salesman are this way. I will NEVER visit a Larry Miller dealership again!!!! More

I bought a car at the beginning of May, 2011. After they promised 5.99%, we get called in and they said its 12%... they take $2k off the total price though. I bring my car in under two weeks later to do the emissions, inspections, and replace a hydraulic clutch line. TWO WEEKS after that, I go in and the head of service informs me that MY CAR IS TOTALED. Seriously. I am told that the technician TOTALED my 10k Mazda Rx8 when it was revved to "9000 rpms" (what they told me) and then a trailer hitch was dragged through the drivers side of the car before the back left side slammed into something else. They assure me that it won't go on my insurance, that they'll get me a "deal" on another car, that they will pay off my loan, bump up my credit, etc... What troubles me is that they didn't tell me my car was totaled untill I went and asked why my car was taking so long in the shop, and it could have possibly been totaled for five days before I found out They have another rx8 that is the SAME YEAR, with the SAME MILEAGE, but expect me to pay a little more because its yellow... Eveb though it doesn't have the modified exhaust like my old one did. Also they tell me that I can't be approved for cheaper cars, when I know I can, trying to push me around and make another profit off me in doing this whole thing. Its a f***ing joke. I'm going to visit other dealerships to find my next car. More
