I really was impressed with the customer service I got and the employee’s assistance. Had a horrible experience with the manager and sales person at murray location. I went there without having any knowledge about the car thinking that LHM will be honest and they will help me to find a g person at murray location. I went there without having any knowledge about the car thinking that LHM will be honest and they will help me to find a good car but they did not . I felt like I am cheated over here. They kept on saying that car is in good condition and everything is fine but nothing is correct about the car whatever they said. I found some issues at the time of delivery and when I ask about that to the manager, he asked me about whether I got extended warranty and asked me to go to sandy location to fix it on my own. Manager is not at all responsible. Manager always talks about extended warranty. Once you received the car the salesperson will stop responding to your messages and calls. They just sell you a car and forget about you. No follow up. They will find all possible ways to cheat you. Now I was forced to repair the car on my own within a few days of purchasing. I will not recommend this murray location to anyone. So, take a knowledgeable person with you if you are not before visiting this location. More
