Service advisor David refused to honor agreement i was offer Went into Avondale VW service center last minute for an oil change. Barbara, the serrvice manager has been great to let me bring my own oil and filte Went into Avondale VW service center last minute for an oil change. Barbara, the serrvice manager has been great to let me bring my own oil and filter and she would charge me $15 to change my oil. Since she did this gesture of kindness for me so i have taken my passat there for repair services. May 13th, i stopped in and met a service advisor named david (may or may not be his real name. My guess is not his actual name) I mentioned i didnt have an appt but was willing to give him whatever time was needed to get my oil changed, no problem. He enters my VIN # in his system to bring up my acct info and prints out an invoice for $35 (2 and a half times more than Barbara would have charged). I told him Barbara only charges me $15. He could see that on his computer screen then tells me in a very snide, rude and unprofessional tone "well maybe you should come back monday and see Barbara, i wont honor barbara's price of an oil change for $15. Wrong answer David! Over a $20 bill, you just lost all other service business, and any intention i had to continue working with your sales team to buy another VW. Congratulations! More

Great Experience I had recently went through some life events that had cause me to have to file bankruptcy and was down to one car for my fiance and I. I found this great 2008 Volkswagen Beetle with only 37,000 miles at Larry H Miller Volkswagen in Avondale. I had received a letter from Richard bracamonte at the dealership after I filed bankruptcy. I called him to see if he could help me out. This was on a Sunday. Then on Monday after submitting all my information I received a text from Elijah. We were able to text back and forth since I was at work until they had me approved for the beetle. They gave me a great deal getting it within my price range and a great warranty! Everything was done and completed by the time I arrived that evening. Unfortunately Elijah was off so Brian and Richard helped me with the rest of the purchase. Then the following weekend I took my daughter to see Elijah and he solely helped her by her first new car. Again we received another smoking deal! And everyone they're made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. My daughter had went to to secondhand used dealerships beforehand and was so stressed out by the time she got to Larry H Miller, that I didn't even think she would end up buying. But after working with Elijah she ended up coming home with a great car! This is a very professional dealership. I would recommend it to anyone! I also received $100 for referring my daughter. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My mother was talked into a very bad lease deal, especially having no knowledge of the car buying process, once we found out the shady lease terms( fr My mother was talked into a very bad lease deal, especially having no knowledge of the car buying process, once we found out the shady lease terms( from advertised lease payments of $199 to driving off with $500 payments)we went back to dealership to try & renegotiate a better deal but the experience was far from pleasant, as other reviewers have expressed. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were met with cold shoulders, ultimately left without a deal & shady lease deal still in hand. Forward 2 months later, we receive a call from the dealership informing us of available deals that would be able to get us a better deal like the one we were previously looking for. We spent quite a while on the phone with the salesperson , gave him all our information & we decided to go in the next day to maybe strike a deal That. Was. A. Mistake. Uninterested salespeople & no clue of what we were talking about were the “highlights” of our visit. Needless to say, we walked out without a deal. For all those looking to get into a VW, I encourage you to shop around at another dealership as this dealership does not seem to promote a culture of customer service.
