No a/c in the Arizona Heat...no bueno! I've been taking my car here for regular oil changes and have been happy with that service. Kyle Smith is always pleasant and helpful. However, when I decided to have my a/c fixed here, the results weren't so great. After repairs were made I picked up my car and was told everything was fixed, checked and in working order. I drove my car straight home and parked it, and didn't drive it again until the next day and found that the air was hot again. I called Kyle immediately and was told to bring the car back in. Due to my work schedule I wasn't able to take it in until a week later. After the second go round, I am now being told the condenser has a leak and of course it is going to cost more money. If the refrigerant leaked out the very same night I picked my car up, then it is my opinion it was misdiagnosed or not fixed properly the first time. I was told on Wednesday that a Manager would be calling me today to discuss and as of yet, I have not received a call. I'm very upset that Larry Miller Volkswagen got my money, yet I don't have working a/c in my car. Just for reference, the temperature yesterday (4/6) at 3 pm when I left work was 98 degrees. I had to drive in rush hour traffic for a hour and half to get home...WITH NO A/C! More

Skip this Dealership We purchased a Beetle from this dealership in 2007, when it was time to get a new one we went back - MISTAKE! They did not have what we wanted , so we We purchased a Beetle from this dealership in 2007, when it was time to get a new one we went back - MISTAKE! They did not have what we wanted , so we placed a factory order with our sales contact Steven Porter at the end of October, 2016. We were led to believe the vehicle would be available by late November. When we did not receive any schedule updates as promised we phoned, only to be told they would check on status and get back to us, guess what, no returned calls. This scenario progressed through December,even after conversations with the Sales Manager, we could not receive the courtesy of a call with updated information. In January my wife happily purchased a Hyundai. Finally on February 16, 2017, we DID receive a call to let us know the vehicle we ordered in October had arrived, at that point all we could do was laugh! Before heading to LM Avondale please read the other negative reviews and choose another dealership! More

Not as Advertised Went online, found the car and price I liked, reserved it. Left to see what he could do, returned with everything I wanted but since I had been there a few hours already I decided to come back next day- Danny assured me everything would stay the same. They sold that particular car but were able to find another so I went back next day only to be told that even though it was advertised for a lower price AND I had Danny's guarantee... They won't honor it because it shouldn't have been posted online to begib with! As far as Danny's guarantee. .well he's new. I was offered the car for 3,000 more. Also had a trade in voucher from their website for $500- they wouldn't honor that either!! Car buying experience sucked!!! More
