From the time you schedule you a Recently had the 40K mile service completed on my Passat TDI, I must say that Barb. is an ICON for customer service. From the time you schedule you appointment to the time you leave the dealership. When you arrive Barb Halsey greets you by Name and knows you and your car. She informs you on what work will be performed on your car and answers any and all questions related to the service. Her customer focus in a big reason for my return patronage to this service department. The only area for iimprovement would be, with extent of service provided, when I inspected the engine compartment, I noticed the engine cover was dirty and dusty, i would have thought with the extent of work performed the engine compartment would have been cleaned or a minimum the engine cover at least wipped off. More
