Even Don, the shuttle car driver treats like I'm checking into the Hilton! John has been my recent service advisor and the same is true of him. He keeps me informed on the status of the job continually and he gives me the impression that he works hard to minimize costs and delays during the entire process. Lastly, the mechanics themselves seem to take great pride in their workmanship, Once all work has been completed my car is even cleaned up and washed sometimes even better than the local car washes can do!
