Everyone was so friendly. One man in service that I didn't get his name answered a question for me about something that solved a problem I had with the car. Don, the shuttle driver took me to a close by retail store to shop while waiting and pointed out where a close by coffee shop was in case I got tired of shopping. He then picked me up in a very timely fashion when my car was done having its' 30,000 mile service. They had also washed my car when I picked it up. All in all, a very satisfying experience.
