This review is for Ricardo Caperello (salesperson) George (internet sales manager) and Ramzan (finance department). These three worked their butts off to get me the best deal. I had just purchased a 2016 Civic LX from Victory Honda in San Bruno and unfortunately it got totalled at the end of October. I went to Victory Honda first, but have never liked the sales approach they use, very high-pressure and try to go fast so you don't have time for questions. I had no down payment to offer Larry Hopkins Honda, but they still worked with me. I got there at noon and met with Ricardo. He said the car I wanted would be on its way. Little did I know that George was the one that was supposed to go get it from Concord. Yea, Concord! They drove to Concord to get me a car! Anyway, I tied up George's time with questions and requests and yada yada. I spent 6 hours at this dealership. Admittedly longer then I would have liked, but they got me the car I wanted, in the color and interior I wanted, payment I was comfortable with, and the whole time making me feel comfortable and at ease. xxxx, Ricardo and I talked politics and history with my aunt while we waited for the finance department to work on my deal! It was amazing service! If you ever need a Honda, make sure you go to Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale. And always ask for Ricardo, George, and Ramzan. They're my dream team! Thanks guys!! More

I wanted to buy/lease a car for my wife after being with Nissan and Subaru for many years, then one friend of mine gave me the business card of sales representative Mohamed Iqbal. so I said I would give him a call and see what they have to offer. My mind was set on asking only about the Honda cars since I never had a Honda before, but after calling Mohamed on the phone, it all changed. Mohamed was very friendly and very patient, I had more questions that he answered very quickly and easily. He suggested to visit him that he can show me all the options they have within my budget. He made an appointment for me at the end of the week but I was too busy so I rescheduled my appointment for the next weekday. I went to the place and Mohamed were very firendly and helpful. He showed me everything about multiple cars and I was sold on the spot. My wife was really interested in the new 2016 Honda CRV EXL since it was highly recommended. We needed a specific color (Metallic silver) with a specific features. What i liked the most was that Mohamed followed up with more options for me that could work which I would have never even thought about. The car my wife selected they don't have on that location, then Mohamed did his best to find one in another Honda dealer in Santa Cruz. After negotiating the price and the packages available afterwards he brought me to the business manager's office to get everything settled where I was introduced to Rick. He was very personable and wanted to get to know a little about me before even talking about the car, which made me like this location even more. Rick the general manager has great character and hes a really nice and sincere guy. They were very patient with me to answer all my questions about the pricing the finance..etc. The manager wanted to make sure this transaction went smooth. I couldn't believe what Mohamed did, to make sure I receive my car the same day, he drove the same day to San Cruz almost 3 hours to bring the car to Sunnyvale. We had the car ready the next morning cleaned and prepared for me to test-drive it. My wife loved it and now she is enjoying it. At the end of everything, I didn't feel like I bought a car from a typical sales person, I felt like I got a new car from friends. It was very good experience for me and my wife. Mohamed and the computer Technician Tahir was very hospitable, offered me coffee and also came back with water when I didn't even ask. The computer Technician Taher gave me his phone charge when my phone battery went off, He also gave me a ride to my home when my wife left and I was waiting for the car. He was very good guy too. I'm so glad I went with my friend recommendation for this place because I felt that trust and respect from every person that had a part in helping me with my wife's new car. I would definitely recommend other people to go to them and will definitely go back to them in the future. More
