The car buying experience seemed so smooth, friendly, and customer focused. We soon learned, however, this dealership was not upfront or honest. They showed us a car fax for our 2019 Mitsubishi Exclipse that customer focused. We soon learned, however, this dealership was not upfront or honest. They showed us a car fax for our 2019 Mitsubishi Exclipse that was one owner, Enterprise; however, upon registering the vehicle with the DMV, we learned our one year old car actually had 4 owners. Had that been disclosed, we never would have bought the car. In addition, we also bought a bumper-to-bumper extended warranty and felt the car would be adequately be covered as it still had its original warranty. Since returning home to Missouri, we have had nothing but trouble. The check engine light came on. We took it to our local Mitsubishi dealership who said the wrong oil filter was put on the car. Then the light came in to reveal an airbag problem. Back to our local dealer who discovered the air bag in the back had been cut and tapped back together. As a result the air bags would not be covered under warranty, and would cost us $5,000!!!! We've called Johnny Legends several times; they tell us they want to help us but then never call us back. My husband has called weekly for over 2 months! Nothing but fraud and empty promises!!!!! A lawyer is our next step. We've already called the Better Business Bureau. So based on our experience, DO NOT BUY from this slick but oily business! More

They offered to bring the vehicles up to the front door so it would be easier for me to get to them as I walk incredibly slow plus it was about 100+ degrees that day. I spent a few weeks searching the country for the best deal I could find and once I factored in travel costs it made financial sense to go up to Las Vegas to purchase a vehicle from where I'm at in Arizona. Thank you all so much for a truly no pressure experience, clean dealership, and friendly staff. Will definitely be back when the time comes for another vehicle. More
