I brought my car in on October 17th for a recall issue. Christian Lindayen and the team made the chore a lot less stressful. I asked about a different issue I was having with a sensor. Christian checked Christian Lindayen and the team made the chore a lot less stressful. I asked about a different issue I was having with a sensor. Christian checked it out and informed me that it was covered under my extended warranty that was better than I originally thought. He was even able to apply a promotion that I was unaware of, making my out of pocket expense less than I thought it would be. A nice surprise when going to the dealer service shop usually isn't the most pleasant experience. Christian and the team got my issues fixed quickly and got me out of the waiting much faster than expected. He and the service team are a breath of fresh air in an industry that most people have a bad opinion about. Keep up the good work! More

I've always been skeptical about bringing my car to the dealer for issues... until now... Christian Lindayen (manager?) in the service department is an asset to this dealership. He went above and beyond dealer for issues... until now... Christian Lindayen (manager?) in the service department is an asset to this dealership. He went above and beyond to make sure that my issues were taken care of without the stress I was expecting. He got my car in and out of the service department faster than I expected and made sure I was informed of everything that was done in easy to understand terms, rather than a lot of shop nonsense that the regular customer would never remember. I unfortunately never stepped into the shop to meet the mechanic that worked on the car. I'll have to make it a point to do that on my next visit. Kudos to Las Vegas Mitsubishi for having Christian as part of the team! He deserves every good review people are willing to write for him. Keep up the great work! More
