Awful experience. I just recently purchased a 2015 GMC sierra from LASCO FORD which is not a cheap truck. First I must say I am partly responsible for thinking there are decent car dealerships out there not just trying to get your money for their junk. I purchased my truck from Philadelphia I was never able to get out LASCO FORD to see the truck but the pictures online were great. They told me it was a certified perowned. They told me if I put a deposit down they could only hold it for 2 days and I wouldn't be able to get there until next weekend. The sales person sent me some pictures and a video. Everything looked great the truck bed was messed up but it's a truck bed not a big deal. And that was the only problems that the sales person seen. I guess it must have got right passed them that 1.)there are about 15 nicks on the tailgate that they painted over with what looks to be nail polish terrible job looks like bird poop that doesn't wash away, 2.)the back window has waters spots that won't wash away,3.) there is water stains across the whole back ceiling from one side to the other, 4.) The day i received the truck it was raining The windshield wipers didn't even wipe the windows. Asked if they would refund me the wipers and nope. 5.) The tires will hopefully get me through the winter, 7.) There is a chip in the windshield 8.) To top it off the there is a problem with the breaks on this truck year and model when you hit the breaks 2 or 3 times they get extremely stiff to the point you have to stand on them to stop. I contacted the sales person as to how I remedy the situation they say refer to the warrantee papers. I never recieved warrantee papers. Called nick in finance said he would send them to me a couple days go by no papers. Call again "It must have slipped my mind he says. Finally recieved the papers. Contacted a local gmc dealer to get it looked at they now had to wait for the ok from the warrantee. The warrantee needed paperwork from LASCO that they never provided to them. After he looked at it he said he doesn't recommend driving the truck because it is unsafe. Then I had to wait for the warrantee place to send adjuster. I called LASCO to see if they would atleast pay for a rental vehicle left a message and recieved no response. After 7 days witout a vehicle I got it back and still had to pay $371 that the warrantee wouldn't cover. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the customer care that I experienced at LASCO FORD. It seems to me as soon as they got my money they were done dealing with me. I am not looking to get anyone in trouble. They are just doing as they are told from the owners of the company. Just want people to be aware that they really don't care for their people. Maybe just because I am not in their area thay didn't care to much. Sorry for the bad review good luck with your purchase. If you can't fix a door handle for $400 I dropped my car off for a couple of minor repairs. They didn't touch it for 4 days. Finally I just told them to replace the door handle and the intermittent wipers. A week later they replaced a relay for the wipers but they had installed the wrong color door handle. Then they lied and said that door handles always have to be custom painted, but their paint guy was off that day (Monday). So I now have 1 black door handle and 3 silver. They charged me $400 and didn't even put the interior door panel back on. Avoid this place at all costs. I could have literally taken my car anywhere and gotten in back 2 days later with everything fixed for less than the money they stole from me. More

In november 2017 i purchased and paid cash for a brand new 2018 ford raptor roughly 83,000 cash with every option offered. Additionally, i bought the extended warranty platinum service plan and many more options. In January i brought the truck in for service to Lasco ford and because the service rep there told me they could put different ford performance parts on my truck that wouldn't void my warranty and would increase my trucks performance. this sounded great so i prepaid them over 8000 cash for these different tunes. keep in mind this place is 2 hours away from house and i own a small business and work my butt off over 80 hours a week and when i am not there i lose revenue. since that time my truck is approaching around 130 days that it has been in service on 9 or 10 different trips. Finally my engine blew last week and almost blew up on the expressway and i can hardly get a response from them so i had to get my own rental which i have rental coverage through ford plan. ford has also denied my lemon law claim and more so now i will have to go through arbitration lawyers to sue them both! i will not let this go as it was my dream truck and i paid so much money for this truck and they have treated me like crap. I have decided it is either time this is made right like now or I will be entering a lawsuit against them More

Lasso Ford had 2 online ads for a Ford Fiesta SE, both 2017s, one for $12,500 & 1 for $13.00. We drove 40 miles there today. We test drove one & liked it so asked their out the door price. Of course he had to go to Manager & comes back with a price of $14,780!!!!!😡😡😡 Are you kidding me....that’s more than the advertised price!! So back to the Manager he goes. Comes back 10 mins later & says this is the best we can do !!! They had all kinds of “explanations” but bottom line is .... it was the ole unethical “Bait & Switch”!!! Stay away from there...they LIE!!! More

Never felt pressured as he shopped for some rims/tires that would compliment the Blue Jean colored truck. The service team was excellent - work done very professionally and I highly recommend their expertise. Julie was very helpful in setting me up with a loaner as the project took a couple of days. After picking up the truck, I even received a follow up from Steve asking how my trip home went (when does that happen?). I really couldn’t be happier with the looks and the 4” lift is perfect. This truck may turn more heads than my supercharged Mustang....... More

On the other side it was very upsetting to pay $3000 for a complete care package from Lasco when I purchased the car new, and have to pay this repair out of pocket for a malfunction in the car’s computer system. The problem was no fault of mine. It was a Ford thing!! I’m rating the service center low because it’s a product of Lasco’s system that involves every aspect of the business. Other areas have not been satisfactory in my opinion. More
