The other staff at Lasco were also relatively friendly and I was apologized to several time for the time it takes to complete an entire transaction, which took several hours, but that time included the test drive, and the financing and paperwork review and execution. The only thing I would suggest is that because of the time it takes Lasco should offer complimentary snacks (pretzels, peanuts, etc.) and soft-drinks beyond tap water and coffee. Overall, as car buying experiences can go, this was good. So if your in the market for a Ford, go see Eric as Lasco. More

He was very courteous and extremely helpful in finalizing my Taurus lease. My only concern was that I was led to believe that I was getting heated seats for both front and rear seats when I opt for leather seats which is scheduled to be added at a future date. Your location which is 25 miles each way for me was not convenient, but I still elected to deal with Lasco. Alex was very convincing and helpful. Also, met Andreea and was very impressed with her knowledge and personality. Thank you. More

I purchased a Cadillac CTS in December of 2013. The price on the car was fantastic. Upon leaving the dealership, I had an issue with a headlight and returned to the dealership. After dealing with the salesman that had sold me the car for a period of time, I was directed to Paul. Paul was absolutely fantastic. He worked with the Lascos to get the situation taken care of in a timely manner. I brought the car back to Lasco, about two and a half hours from my home to be diagnosed. When the service center found that it would require a new light, ballast and wire harness, Paul got the costs approved by the Lascos. The bill would have easily exceeded $700 if it was not for his attention to great customer service. Due to the parts being ordered, I had to come back. To make up for this, Paul filled my tank and detailed my car for free. Paul is an asset to the Lasco team and I would gladly work with him again. My one suggestion when buying a car from Lasco is to make sure that you secure financing with your own bank before going. I went on a Saturday and financed through one of their preferred lenders with the intention of refinancing the following week with my credit union. Unfortunately, my credit was ran several times and I have not received the refund from a warranty I returned 3 months ago. Get your own financing and work with Paul and the experience will be a positive one. More

Makes you feel like you don't matter. Likely we were passed off to Eric who was great. Too bad he won't get full commission when he did all the work. I knew which car I wanted when I came in and the only thing the other salesperson did was take me for a test drive, he then passed me off. I would recommend people visit Lasco but expect to the passed off. I would suggest that they go in looking for Eric. More
I like visiting car dealerships about as much as I like going to the mall. It's not my favorite thing to do. Despite those feelings, when looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle, you have to deal with a going to the mall. It's not my favorite thing to do. Despite those feelings, when looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle, you have to deal with a new car salesperson. I made a decision to buy a new vehicle, and took the time to visit four different dealers representing three auto makers. I must say that it is surprising how different the dealer experience can be when you compare. I first compared the products, did my research on the internet and obtained preliminary quotes before I even left the house. Even though I hadn't stepped foot in the dealership yet, I had already established contacts and relationships with four different salespeople. Again, the experience varied significantly from one dealer to the next. Once I narrowed down my decision, I finally had to go into the dealers and drive the product(s). I hadn't shopped for a new vehicle in over 15 years, and I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. With regards to Lasco Ford, when I entered the showroom I was immediately taken with the buzz of activity, and the overwhelming number of customers who were engaged with salespeople. Other dealers I visited were as quiet and still as a church and I was often the only customer in the showroom. Clearly, Lasco was doing something different to attract all these people. I spent two solid hours with my sales rep, who provided me with a very detailed review of the product and accompanied me on a test drive (which I prefer, actually). There was a simple and brief request to close the deal at the end of my first visit, but I respectfully declined to make a decision on the spot and said that I would respond within 72 hours. They agreed to hold the (high demand) vehicle for me during that time, with no money down, only my word and request to do so. It only took another 24 hours to make my final decision to lease a vehicle from Lasco Ford. From that point, the interaction with my sales rep didn't end. I continued to receive the high level of service that I desired and came to expect, and this continued until the day of delivery. The delivery process was smooth and uneventful. There were no surprise charges and every expectation was met. I drove away about 1.5 hours after I arrived. I would definitely recommend Lasco Ford,and salespeople Whitney Berry and Paul Zaagman to my friends and family, or anyone reading this review. I hope you are as satisfied as I was. More
