After a really BAD experience at an affiliate dealership, we called and spoke to Aaron @ the Fenton dealership. Daren and Aaron were two of the best sales people I have ever met. I have only experienced this level of professionalism one time before. They really went over and above to make things right. My son and I are very grateful. After the wonderful treatment they gave my son, I will return to buy my new vehicle with the Lasco Fenton sales people. I plan to do so in the next couple months. I was having a problem with my car and had 2 years left on my lease. I explained the problem to Mike and he and Paul worked to get me out of the lease and in to a new Focus with no money out of pocket and on my lease. I purchased a new Mustang yesterday from Lasco Ford. To put it simply, they beat everyone else's package deal by about $1500 (I did my homework with several dealerships). The price on the Mustang was about the same across all dealerships (within a couple hundred dollars); however, Lasco really stepped up on my trade and delivered $1500 more than the next best offer. And while Lasco didn't have the model Mustang I wanted on their lot, they were willing to do the legwork and arrange a dealer trade. They sent a driver all the way to Pinconning to pick up the car I wanted, and they had it on their lot the next day. What else could a customer expect? Great job, guys. More
