I worked with Paul Zaagman and David Long on the purchase of a Ford Taurus. This is my second time working with Paul and Lasco Ford on a vehicle purchase and I honestly don't want to ever have to work with a of a Ford Taurus. Through all of the changes and hard work of finding 'the one', I always felt that Paul was working with me to find just the right car and advocating behind the scenes to get the deal done on terms I would be happy with. Then, throughout the process of hours of looking and test driving 6 different cars, David made sure that I was comfortable, set the paperwork up in advance, and walked me through each of the vehicles we looked at, giving me details and ensuring that my test driving experience gave me certainty about my vehicle. These people don't just feel like salesmen to me. They feel like friends. More

While sales staff was very friendly, failed to understand and abide by agreements negotiated over a 4 hour time frame. I visited Lasco last week (2.19.14) ready to purchase a new Fusion, negotiated a contra and abide by agreements negotiated over a 4 hour time frame. I visited Lasco last week (2.19.14) ready to purchase a new Fusion, negotiated a contract with the sales team but later when I arrived in the Finance office, the terms were 12 months more than agreed to on paper (initialed by manager and customer). Sales office was very busy, and making a personal sale was not a priority due to the volume of customers on site. Again, friendly staff but understaffed and unable to meet commitments. I will buy elsewhere. More

So disappointing. We were warned to stay away from Lasco due to poor overall service but we didn't listen. Felt bullied and badgered from Eric Parks who was the "salesman" we dealt with. Pressured us every step of the way - tried to get us to sign on the dotted line and even switched our car insurance without telling us what our total purchase and monthly payments would be. Then he even had the nerve to call us after our purchase and get snarky with us because we didn't purchase any of the additional warranties after they gave us such a great price like we owed him that. The price they gave us was the sticker price - it was a fair price and the interest rate was no different than if we gone anyplace else. Now we are back at their service dept today for what was supposed to be a 4 hour install of a remote starter and they are now telling us it will take another 4 hours to complete - 8+ hours to complete? Unbelievable! Never again will be go back to purchase or service a car at Lasco and I will share our experience will everyone we know. More

She is an awesome sales representative for Lasco Ford and was so helpful and answered all my questions without any hesitat bought a vehicle from her.
