I worked with Paul Zaagman and Mike Goldsworthy to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape. Great customer service from both employees. When we arrived at LASCO Ford in Fenton, MI, Wendy Hosea greeted us, had us seated and got us some coffee. Wendy asked us what type of vehicle we were looking for, used or new, price range, etc. Wendy answ greeted us, had us seated and got us some coffee. Wendy put us at ease, showed us what we had picked and took on a test drive. She never "hard sold" us. Wendy explained and answered all our inquires, set us up with financing and stuck with us through the whole process. She showed us how to set up the Bluetooth in our new vehicle. She spent at least 6 (six) hours with us. We would recommend Wendy Hosea and LASCO Ford to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. She is a great person as well as salesperson. More
I was so impressed with Lasco Ford's friendliness in general, but especially with our sales person, Cameron Fosshage. Cameron went above and beyond to be helpful to help me decide on a car because I really wasn't sure what I wanted. I had driven a Toyota for 30 years so I was not an "easy sell" but I decided to look at the Ford's before I turned in my Toyota lease car. Cameron is not only friendly, he is knowledgable, respectful, and courteous. The first price was a bit too high to comfortably fit my budget so they worked with me until the price was. Thank you so much for that! The gentleman who was in the financial department was also very friendly and capable. Cameron introduced me to the manager of the Service Department...he thought of everything! Since I still had my lease car and then had my new Ford, I had the problem of no license plate for one of them until I got to the Toyota dealer. It was Cameron's night to be off at 6:00 but he volunteered to drive his car to the Toyota dealer in Grand Blanc so I could use a dealer license plate and he would then bring it back. Cameron is not only a great salesman, he is an awesome person. I would highly recommend Lasco Ford and Cameron Fosshage. More
I had had some unsatisfactory experiences with this dealer and wrote a review regarding those experiences. Once my review was posted on dealerrater.com, I was immediately contacted by one of the owners dealer and wrote a review regarding those experiences. Once my review was posted on dealerrater.com, I was immediately contacted by one of the owners, Jay Lasco. He was so upset that my Husband and I had went through the trouble I had posted about in my review, that he wanted to know what he could do to regain our trust and to make things right. Honestly, I was quite surprised to receive a response from one of the owners, let alone get an apology and an offer to make things right. We had been interested in a Ford Focus Hatchback and had been told a couple weeks earlier that we could lease it for $315 a month. The day we were supposed to sign the papers, the deal fell through. Without explaining the whole story all over again, I will just say that this last experience was a build up of sorts to our disappointment with this particular dealer. But sure as I am writing this, our new 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback is sitting outside. Within 5 days, Jay Lasco, had contacted me, discussed what would make us happy, made some phone calls, called Ford, and had the car and paperwork delivered to our home. Jay waived his profit, paid off our car, added a remote starter, paid our lease taxes, and plate transfer fees, among other things that we are probably unaware of! I know that when Jay read my review, he held a meeting about this situation and made sure his employees were informed and reminded just how important customer services is to this family and this business. Jay was true to his word, and not once did we feel that he was just trying to save face. He was truly concerned that we were unsatisfied. This has never happened to us before, and I have to say, it touched us very much to be treated so well. I would 100% recommend this dealer. They really do care about their customers and want them to be happy and clearly, they will do everything in their power to make sure that happens. On a side note, they have a great service area and the people are awesome. They are quick with diagnosing problems and fixing what's wrong. They are very friendly and thoughtful. Please consider buying your cars from Lasco Ford, they have proved to our family they deserve our business, and I think anyone else venturing in there will treated just as well as we were treated. I'm sure that you will be 100% satisfied! More

Mike Goldsworthy was fabulous to work with. I have absolutely no complaints regarding this salesman. He was exceptional. I can honestly say that the only complaint I have was that amount of time it absolutely no complaints regarding this salesman. He was exceptional. I can honestly say that the only complaint I have was that amount of time it took to get the approvals done and out the door. I was there for 6 hours. I have never bought a car where it took that long. And I think more communication needs to happen with the buyer as far as what is going on with the deals. I did not know what type of payment they came up with until I went back and sat with the guy in the back where I sat to sign paper work. That may have been Keith Carden who was also helpful. Overall everything went pretty smoothly. I am enjoying my new car. I will definitely recommend Lasco. PS - Mike went the extra mile after he got off work. He happened to show up at the same restaurant that my son and I were eating at and he bought our meals. Now that is a true salesman! Keeping his customers happy! Thanks Mike!!! More
ALex was great! Your finance dept is HORRIBLE! They are rude and take hours and hours. They also tell you stuff to get you in the back out!
