Bought a Ford certified car with 50k miles, was told being certified it had been gone through with a fine tooth comb and anything that was wrong was fixed. Less then a month and 600 miles later I broke down in Kentucky 6.5 hrs from home, the dealership did absolutely nothing to help....I missed work, was stranded for nearly a week, had to leave my car in Kentucky with multiple problems with the transmission. Will take weeks to fix and in the meantime I am left with no car to get back and forth to work since Lasco Ford didn't have a car for me use or even rent, rental will cost more a week then I make at work, hotel and eating for the week stuck in KY has taken what little money I had left after paying Lasco all my savings for my car. They really could care less, they have my money and it doesn't matter that I have no car three weeks later. I also will have to find a way to go get my car once it finally gets fixed. The warrenty will not even come to cover what the expenses that has added due to Lasco selling me a car with a crap transmission, I will be out over $2000. They will try to say it is coincidence that three parts all broke at the same time less then 600 miles down the road so they also are implying their customers are stupid instead of taking responsibility for their negligence. Not only would I say do not buy from them, I would also hope you tell all your friends, neighbors and random strangers to not give them any business. I am sure not all the cars they sell are crap however supporting a business that is dishonest and clearly doesn't care about their customers or stand buy the cars they sell is hopefully not a business you would choose to support. Horrible customer service!! The service department is horrible! Have tried to set up an appointment for a recall twice an was never contacted. I seriously question if they even did the other required maintenance I paid 300$ for. More

Bought a 2021 Ford F-150 Platinum, three days after receiving it the warning lights went off like a Christmas tree. During a video walk through I had briefly seen a check engine light but was assured receiving it the warning lights went off like a Christmas tree. During a video walk through I had briefly seen a check engine light but was assured nothing was wrong with the truck by sales personnel. After informing them of the issue I was told to contact Ford and this was a warranty issue nothing they could do. Have been left with a truck I have been able to drive a week and a half in the first month of ownership and no offered assistance from those I purchased through. Will not buy from them again and recommend anyone stay clear. More

I purchased a used truck from Lasco Ford in Fenton. I felt grateful and lucky to be getting a very good price on it (flag # 1). As we were in the process of the paperwork, I asked about an extended warra felt grateful and lucky to be getting a very good price on it (flag # 1). As we were in the process of the paperwork, I asked about an extended warranty and was told there were none available for this vehicle (flag # 2). On my way out I stopped to thank the salesman for all he had done and I noticed a quick glimmer of pity or guilt roll across his face. He never looked me in the eye after that (flag # 3). I now realize he must have known he’d just sold me a defective vehicle. Hindsight is 20/20. My bad for not reading the flags in the moment and trusting. Needless to say I will never purchase another vehicle from Lasco. More

After the sale, the Sales Manager, Greg , and Suzi from the Parts dept provided exceptional follow-up support. Contacted a number of other dealers in area and all noted this was a bad dealership. Do not purchase from them. You cannot trust them. More
