Only Lasco agreed to deliver the car we wanted built the way we wanted it. The car was ordered promptly, Mike followed up with CAP to keep it on track - was delivered in 4 weeks. John found rebates I wasn't aware of and applied those to save us even more money. When we arrived to "ink the deal", all was prepared and went down like dominoes. We bought our car from Lasco, have referred others in the family to them, and will continue to do so because ...we trust them, Thanks for the great experience. More
I came to this dealership because of what I had heard just by word of mouth about how good they were with customers and they had in stock the type of vehicle in the price range I was looking for. I init just by word of mouth about how good they were with customers and they had in stock the type of vehicle in the price range I was looking for. I initially worked with Whitni Berry through e-mails and phone calls setting up a time to come in and look at the vehicles in stock. She sent me an attachment in one e-mail of a few of the Ford Escapes they had in the price range i was looking for which I appreciated so that I had a better idea of what was there. When I got the the dealership, I again worked with Whitni and told her what i wanted as far as payments went and what exactly I was looking for in a newer vehicle. She was very professional and courteous in telling me what vehicle price she could get me into for the payments I wanted and she dealt with me very honestly. I ended up falling in love with a different vehicle that was a couple years older than I had originally wanted, but tbe price was good and it had better options than the Escape I was looking at first. She then worked hard the rest of the day on getting me the financing on the vehicle at the monthly payment I needed in order to be affordable. The first approval came back, but with a high monthly payment, so she worked very hard on options to get my monthly payments down to an affordable level for me, even going to the owner himself, which resulted in getting an additional $2k knocked off the sale price. This resulted in an affordable monthly payment for me. The sales manager came out after that and talked with me briefly about what was done to get me into the payments I needed and he told me that as a result of reducing the price so much for me, they would be unable to fix a broken fold-down speaker latch in the back for free. This was a minor problem to me to begin with and I told him I didn't mind at all because of all that was done to get me into the vehicle at an affordable monthly payment. What mattered most to me is that evrryone there at Lasco went above and beyond to get me into a newer safer vehicle for me and my family at a rate that wouldnt impoverish me. I was at the dealership from 10am until 7pm, but it was all worth it in the end because of what I was able to get, and Whitni Berry was a rockstar for me all day long. She did such a great job for me and was so refreshingly honest in all her dealings. I have already recommend her to several of my co-workers. I have not had to purchase a vehicle in over 13 years before this and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I had with Whitni and Lasco Ford. More
The vehicle is great and the sales team, Paul and Gerald were very friendly to deal with. The overall time it takes to complete a sale is extensive approaching 20 hours over 3 different days. Closing the de were very friendly to deal with. The overall time it takes to complete a sale is extensive approaching 20 hours over 3 different days. Closing the deal was tiresome. Wait here for this person, then wait here for the next person. The license plate fee was duplicated and they asked for a credit card at the end of the sale before finalizing the sale. Looking back at the paperwork the license plate fee was in fact charged twice. I am working to get the additional money returned but beware of this tactic to get additional money after the deal is negotiated. I thought it was a little weird to have the paperwork all done then be asked for a credit card for the same charge that is on the paperwork. Overall the price of the vehicle wasn't too bad but the practice of adding a duplicate charge is quite deceptive. For that reason, I would not recommend this dealership. If you do shop there, look up Gerald or Paul. They are pleasant to deal with. Bring an attorney for the final paperwork. More
Alex was great, he didn't bombard us right away. We told him we wanted a car with dark seats. We wanted to keep close to the same price range payment we had before, he got it down to 240. He was great told him we wanted a car with dark seats. We wanted to keep close to the same price range payment we had before, he got it down to 240. He was great with everything he was very kind. He stayed an hour after the dealership closed to make sure we could take the car home that night. Very friendly, energetic and happy to do his job. He could relate to us and was very open. He sat down to talked to us and got to know us while waiting to hear from the bank. More

Had to go to Caddy dealer and pay almost $250 to get second remote and they wanted to charge another $75 for the key (and cutting). We SHOULD have been told this up-front. When I asked about the second key the reply was: "we only have one". Also, several hours were wasted taken care of this unmentioned 'road-bump'. More

We have been a Chevy family since before I was born, but we decided to buy a Ford for the first time. A Ford F 150 specifically. We already had a loan and a truck picked out. We started at one dealership an we decided to buy a Ford for the first time. A Ford F 150 specifically. We already had a loan and a truck picked out. We started at one dealership and then when we heard a commercial on the radio from Lasco saying they would give more for your trade, we decided to switch to them and buy our truck through them. We called on a Friday evening, were connected to a salesman (Blake) randomly and we explained that we started with another dealer, heard the ad on radio, that we wanted this truck, had a loan, described our trade and said we would come in next day in the morning. We arrived at 9:45 a.m. and immediately the salesman told us he had a truck already pulled up front for us to see. The truck was $10K more than the one we had already chosen and he wanted us to switch to this and do a lease instead of buy. After we explained again that we knew what we wanted and came for this deal, he took us inside and asked us to sit in the lobby while he went to locate the truck we wanted. There was very little communication and what of it there was, was terrible. He only came back about once every hour to talk to us and when he did, it was about a different truck or he insisted he couldn't find the one we wanted. After a couple hours of this, my wife was extremely frustrated so she stepped outside to call our bank to get a copy of the sales sheet regarding the details and location of the other truck and asked our loan officer to fax it to our salesman to speed things up. We had our 2 children with us and they were growing very restless. During this whole morning there were NO offers made to us in regards to comfort. No "Can I get you something to drink while you wait" or anything, which we always got from other dealers (including the other Ford dealership we started with). After Blake received the fax from our bank it was after noon so we tracked him down to say we were going to lunch. We were back a half hour before we were spoken to again and when he spoke to us, he asked for our insurance and registration for our trade. We refused and explained that until we see numbers and offers and we know we are starting a deal, he didn't need that information. An hour passes and we hear nothing. Then we are approached by a sales manager named Allen (we couldn't find his name in the options of employees above) and he explains to us that he needs the insurance and registration or their computer system won't allow them to progress with the process of a deal. So I agree, while still requesting to see some actual figures. While Allen speaks to us, Blake sits quietly at a table behind us. When we are approached next, it is to convince us to go Ford credit to receive more incentives and it is told to us that if we go Ford credit we will only have to make a few payments then we can refinance with our bank and it will be a better deal. We ask how long we have to stay with Ford credit and Blake says "you have to make 3 payments, then you can go anywhere you want or you will have to pay back the incentives." So we ask what Ford's interest rate is and what that changes payment to. He doesn't know, he leaves to find out. Half hour later he comes and answers. We say no and decide to leave. Then, we are stopped by Allen again who says "Blake was mistaken. You only have to make ONE payment to Ford financing, no penalties after that, then you can switch." So we stay. It is now 3:30 and FINALLY we get to see numbers and talk deal. This happens with finance person, Shauna. She was polite to our faces, but when she leaves the room we hear her talking not-so-nice about us to someone in the hall. Meanwhile our 9 and 10 year old children are now all over the place restless and I turn to ask my wife if this is worth it. She says it's almost finally done, we will like the truck. So Shauna comes back into the room, we discuss some of the problems we have had today and she tells us Allen was wrong and with Ford you DO have to stay 3 months or pay back incentives so now we are more angry we stayed after trying to leave. So she quick changes lenders, figures and tries to make us happy. We agree and sign to purchase truck. We were told we would get hard copies of paperwork when truck is delivered. We asked when truck would be here from Ohio (120 miles away) and she tells us Monday or Tuesday. Monday was Labor Day so we were shocked and she said, "we're open!" So, we left our trade, signed a million papers to buy the truck, took a loaner home and looked forward to being done. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday pass with NO WORD from dealership. We are upset beyond belief this time so, after work, I get in the loaner vehicle and drive the 45 minutes back out to Lasco to see what is going on. While driving out, our salesman, Blake, finally does call. I let the call go to voicemail. It is 2:40 in the afternoon 5 days after we signed our financing and title paperwork to buy the truck and his voicemail says simply "Just wanting to touch base with you that we still don't have your truck, but we expect it to arrive in the next couple of days." I am furious when I hear the message. I arrive at the dealership and ask to talk to a manger or owner or anyone important, but I am told I have to deal with the salesman. Blake is rude when I tell him I want to cancel our order for the 2013 truck and I want my trade back since I can't talk to anyone who may or may not care about how horrible we were treated. He pulls my trade around front, never opens the windows or anything to air out my SUV that sat in the hot sun for 5 days and barely says "here you go" as he walks past me into the dealership. So I leave. When I get home, I look up Ford corporate online and make a phone call to file a complaint. Today is now Friday, and no one has called me regarding the complaint (the call center for corporate was actually nice to me though). I still have a bank loan and a need for a pickup truck, but it looks like I will not be buying a Ford any longer thanks to this horrible dealership. More
