I had a great experience at this dealership. It was the first new car I have ever purchased and they really value their customers. i bought a truck from lasco ford i was in my contract to get some body work done to my vehicle before i picked it up well they popped a couple dents out on the tailgate now all of the paint around where th get some body work done to my vehicle before i picked it up well they popped a couple dents out on the tailgate now all of the paint around where the dents were on my tailgate in about a 4 inch circle has flaked off of the tailgate the scratches they left on my fenders are now rusting out the paint is chipping off of my fenders i had the truck for about a week and the 4 wheel drive actuator went out i took it in they charged me a hundred bucks for the deductable to replace it well it went out on me again last week so i took it to brighton ford they took care of me they even waived the deductable the estimet to fix the paint of my door my fenders and my tailgate is 1,250 the truck is a 2010 i should not be having these issues i do not recomend you buy a vehicle from these crooks they will promise u everything then when its time to deliver they will back out and say they dident promise you anything when they did do the repair they did do that tehy charged me 100 bucks for a week after i bought the truck there was 3 other people in the repair department that were very mad one girl was almost in tears this is just a bad buisiness stay away from these thieves they are crooked they will do and say anything to get you to buy a vehicle they are very pushy they lie whatever they need to do very bad experience More

I could not have asked for a better Sales Consultant. Mike Goldsworthy was very friendly, patient, and understanding. He wasn't like any other sales person that I have encountered in the past. He didn't have that "shark tank" mentality to just hurry me into a sale and move on to the next customer. We discussed and carefully addressed every vehicle that I was interested in until I came to a final selection. I wasn't sure that I would get approved for anything considering my compromised credit history and a recent bankruptcy. I live an hour away and I told my Sales Consultant Mike my situation and mentioned that if I wasn't approved that I may even need a ride home. He told me if I didn't get approved that he would in fact take home. "Where they do that at"? I love my experience at Lasco Ford and all of the staff there was great. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and are very pleased with the Lasco Ford dealership. Our first was a used truck, and then years and years later, not one, but TWO new truck years and are very pleased with the Lasco Ford dealership. Our first was a used truck, and then years and years later, not one, but TWO new trucks. The inventory there is excellent, btw, and I searched many other websites that might be just a little closer to home, all to no avail.....Lasco's has the best selection of new vehicles IMO. The sales personel has always been excellent. Very courteous, helpful, super polite and not the 'usual 'annoying' salespersons'. We very much appreciate their helpful staff at Lasco's. We were never rushed to make any quick decisions! I once drove a truck that I had chosen home, and it was my husbund who chose a more high end model! I am glad he did! We have loved every vehicle we purchased and also traded the same in towards the new ones. And felt their offers on those were pretty fair...better than other dealerships trades. I know we will return again, (hopefully not too soon, as vehicles ARE a rather large investment!!), but yes, I would encourage our friends and family to travel the distance to Lasco/Fenton for their next best vehicle purchase! I'm sure they will be glad they did, too! More
