I rated everything Great, except price. I feel it was still to high, it was in our max area. Sean Fortner was given us, after we came in with a letter specifically naming Steve Smith, and I felt pawned still to high, it was in our max area. It took way longer then expected but he did it, and for that I am grateful. I was disappointed that he wouldn't get all the credit on this sale, when Steve Smith did nothing with us. He met us as we came in, sat with us less then 5 mins and then handed us off. Had it not bee for Sean I would have rated the Customer Service much lower, as we communicated with Steve earlier on phone, and told him we were coming, with this letter sent by Lasco with his name on it. I think that Sean deserves all the credit for this sale, and a job well done. More
I marked the overall experience as a '3' for 'OK'. Mike, who helped us, was very personable. He rode with us on the test drive to answer any questions we had about the car. We ended up with w 'OK'. These are both very positive things to me in a car buying experience. On the downside here was our timeline of the evening: We arrived around 6:30, started test drive by 6:45, were back around 7 - 7:15, determined we would buy the car by 7:30 --- the sale was not completed and I was not able to leave until almost 10 PM. We had let the staff know multiple times that we had other engagements for the evening and my wife had to leave without me. It took significantly longer than any automotive purchase I have ever made. Additionally - the car only came with one key and one FOB. I tested the FOB as I was leaving, went back in and let Mike know, he gave me the battery out of his own FOB (which was nice) - however did not solve the problem. I live close to an hour away, so went to a dealership close to me to see if I could have it programmed to the car, they tested the FOB, 3 of the 4 buttons were broken. I feel like a dealership should make sure these things work, and if not - replace them. So - I was actually close to marking 'No' I would not recommend the dealership because of how long I had to wait around to complete the sale and how much of a pain in the neck it is to not having a working FOB for a car, and that it costs $130 to get a new one and have it programmed. However our motivation for driving all the way out to test this car was the low price, which we were able to take advantage of. More
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and every time it seems to get better and better! I love the staff they are so friendly and inviting! they don't push you into someth this dealership and every time it seems to get better and better! I love the staff they are so friendly and inviting! they don't push you into something you don't want to be in, they let you take your time when deciding what you want to do! the choices of vehicles ranges from little cars to big trucks so there is plenty to choose from! I would and do recommend this dealership to everyone I know, plus I believe this is where I will purchase my vehicles from now on!! Our salesman was wonderful. He did a great job making sure that we were comfortable 100% of the time and trying his best to move the process along for us. He did many extra little things to make our exp sure that we were comfortable 100% of the time and trying his best to move the process along for us. He did many extra little things to make our experience smooth and successful. Our only issue came with the finance department. He did not fully explain the aspects of the added insurance that we chose. There were deductibles he did not even mention! It made it very difficult to then trust others. No one likes to feel like information is purposely being left out during a transaction like that:(. Very unethical. More
Wendy was a very interject and happy sales associate, that was responsible for a very pleasant dealership experience.
