We drove 2 hours from our home in Hastings, MI to Lasco Ford in Fenton Mi, looking for a good deal on a new Ford Fiesta. My Husband and I met Stacie when we got to Lasco Ford and she went above and beyond to help us find the right Fiesta for our budget and the finance guy Paul was the best in getting us into that new 2013 Fiesta I wanted! It felt like there was quite a game going on at this dealer: Offers, counteroffers, back and forth to the manager, lots of waiting, etc. As a customer, I find these shenanigans annoying. We did purchase a very nice used car for what I THINK was a good price. The business manager got us great financing and took care of all the paperwork, saving us a trip to the Secretary of State. In conclusion, we bought the car we were interested in, and left the lot with the registration and insurance in the glove box and a license plate on the back. I gave a "good" rating instead of a "great" rating because of the selling game mentioned earlier. It also would have been nice if Lorri had sat in the car and explained the features of the car before we drove it off the lot. Sure, we can read the manual and figure it out, but other dealers have done that for us in the past and it is a nice customer service touch. More
