When my husband returned from Afghanistan he needed a car. He found what he thought was what he wanted. They told him the truck was checked and fixed to a high standard but it was not. worst experience ever I get home from over seas drive up to lasco ford which is almost an hour each way from my house find a truck that I like make a deal with the guy it had some scratches and dents in it to lasco ford which is almost an hour each way from my house find a truck that I like make a deal with the guy it had some scratches and dents in it that he strait up told me they would fix now that after they got my money they changes there story and said there is only one dent that they will fix on top of that the truck has been in there shop 6 times now for repairs and this truck suposably went through this huge ford certified inspection right well I had a grinding noise in my front end the guy in the service dept told me oh its just some dirt go power wash it out and it will be fine so I did and it kept on grinding so after the 3rd time in the shop they finilay figured out it is a vacume hose and on top of that there charging me a hundred dollar deductible to fix the hose ive owned the truck for 3 weeks now they shoulda caught that in the inspection that they suposably did before I gave them money they were all nice as can be now that they got my money I cant even get them on the phone do not buy a vehicle from this place these people are all thieves the salesmen are really pushy and will do and say and promise whatever it takes to get you to sign paperwork paul zaagman was my sales person do not go to him he will stab you in the back just like he did me total thief when I went in there to buy the truck I was there waiting for 6 hours couldent even pick up the truck that day because we ran out of time I went back the next day to pick it up told them I would be there at noon to get it they promised the truck would be ready for me to drive off the lot when I got there the truck was at a different location they had not cleaned and detailed it or gased it up I had to wait 3 more hours the second day before I could even drive off the lot lasco ford waisted a ton of my money and time I will never deal with these crooked thieves ever again now I got a 25,000 dollar dented and scratched up truck that looks like crap because they would not stand by there word and work I will be talking to a lawyer More

Hope this doesn't bite me later... But truth be told, Brian Graham (sales) and Bill Fohey (sales manager) both actually made me feel they were really helping me out. My whole buying experience was like a bucket of cold water over what should have been an exciting morning. I sat in the dealership for four hours. The salesperson didn't want to look for my spare key an water over what should have been an exciting morning. I sat in the dealership for four hours. The salesperson didn't want to look for my spare key and said "why don't you just come back Monday for that?" Total disregard for my time. When in the center office room, one of the sales guys burst out a string of profanities & lightheartedly apologized when he saw me standing there. Another sales guy plopped his prospective buyer at the same table as me & proceeded to discus his poor credit and why they were having a hard time getting him a loan. I was squirming for him and couldn't believe the lack of personalization. He was clearly a "number". After all this I was going to trade my newly purchased car for another model. I look on the website and there's 14 of those so I set an appointment to come back. When going back there was only one car there and it didn't fit what I was looking for. I don't know if that was atypical or if it's a classic bait & switch tactic to show a bunch of cars in inventory and they magically all just sold but "take a look at this car". I'll never go here ever again. I couldn't be more disappointed. More
