My whole buying experience was like a bucket of cold water over what should have been an exciting morning. I sat in the dealership for four hours. The salesperson didn't want to look for my spare key an water over what should have been an exciting morning. I sat in the dealership for four hours. The salesperson didn't want to look for my spare key and said "why don't you just come back Monday for that?" Total disregard for my time. When in the center office room, one of the sales guys burst out a string of profanities & lightheartedly apologized when he saw me standing there. Another sales guy plopped his prospective buyer at the same table as me & proceeded to discus his poor credit and why they were having a hard time getting him a loan. I was squirming for him and couldn't believe the lack of personalization. He was clearly a "number". After all this I was going to trade my newly purchased car for another model. I look on the website and there's 14 of those so I set an appointment to come back. When going back there was only one car there and it didn't fit what I was looking for. I don't know if that was atypical or if it's a classic bait & switch tactic to show a bunch of cars in inventory and they magically all just sold but "take a look at this car". I'll never go here ever again. I couldn't be more disappointed. More
