The Buisness was wonderful & Brian graham is the man to go to he has wonderful Communication skills , An really is just a good person to know!!! I loved my experience at Lasco Ford!!! They did literally everything they could to make sure that I ended up getting the car I wanted! Gaye Johnson did such an amazing job keeping me informed of what was goi everything they could to make sure that I ended up getting the car I wanted! Gaye Johnson did such an amazing job keeping me informed of what was going on. It took a long time to get everything to go through but they really are amazing out there. I will and have recommended Gaye Johnson to friends and family to get them riding in a new car as well! More

I will never purchase a vechile from this dealership again. I was not treated as a customer but like a number. They all talk a good game but in the end the are not concerned with the customer. The vechile I selected for purchase wasn't repaired like promised and received the run around when repairs were to be done. How is it ever ok to have customers wait more than an hour ok? My family and I sat from beginning to end for more than 13 hours over three days! I am so sad over the treatment we recieved... Really gives the 'ole cleshay validity that car sales individuals really are crooks...not only did they loose my business but lost a total of three car purchases just in my family. I returned my vehicle and cancelled my contract for several thousand dollars because in over 12 days they couldn't seem to find the time to complete promised repairs nor could they seem to find a car for me to drive while repaid were being done. Really..?? A car lot not having loaner cars. Seems the logical thing to do is to spend a couple dollars to make several thousand was enough of an incentive to produce results.. End result- one unhappy customer who will always remember the crappy customer service and unprofessional staff who made the decision to lie to my face. I guess in the long run the dealership will be able to make another sale but not in our family. That's a sad because not only was my deal worth several thousand dollars so would have the three other purchases. Bottom line here- not a great place to do business.. More

Mike and John were a great team in assisting me purchasing two vehicles in a three day period at Lasco Ford. Both were great to work with and very accommodating to some of the idiosyncrasies of my purchasing two vehicles in a three day period at Lasco Ford. Both were great to work with and very accommodating to some of the idiosyncrasies of my needs. I dealt with Imran on the Fusion Hybrid who was very personable and Jim on the Fiesta who got me through that portion of the sale laudably quick. I was impressed with Mike's vehicle knowledge and sincerely friendly demeanor. John was great in making the deals acceptable to me.The team made the entire process pleasant and resulted in my purchasing the two vehicles from Lasco Ford. I appreciate all their effort and I was totally satisfied with the experience and will recommend them to my friends and associates. More
