Was VERY satisfied and pleased with doing business at Lasco Ford in purchasing a Pickup Truck. Many very friendly staff members, that gave us all options on Price, Warranty, and Vehicle Protection. TJ was by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was very patient with all my questions and took the time to answer them in detail. I felt he geniunely cared about getting me a payment that with. He was very patient with all my questions and took the time to answer them in detail. I felt he geniunely cared about getting me a payment that worked best for my budget and went above and beyond to get me at that payment. Before leaving the dealer, TJ, made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed installed in the vehicle and made sure I understood how everything worked. I highly recommend TJ Rice at Lasco Ford. More

I have been doing business for the past 23 years with Lasco Ford and have purchased many new vehicles within that time hassel free and as always satisfied thereafter. Recently I purchased a 2013, F-15 Lasco Ford and have purchased many new vehicles within that time hassel free and as always satisfied thereafter. Recently I purchased a 2013, F-150 4x4. My salesmans name is T.J. Rice. Mr. rice by far has been the best sales person I have ever done business with at Lasco ford. he had worked with and accomadated me in every way possible. I am thus far completly 100% satisfied with my recent purhase and the professioanalism of Mr. Rice. I will highly recomend Lasco Ford and Mr. T.J. Rice to all my family and friends. More

Went to check out a 95 Camaro, could not get it financed.. Ok no problem I'll look at what i can afford. Darren and Adam come back saying they could finance me a car... But didn't tell me make or m financed.. Ok no problem I'll look at what i can afford. Darren and Adam come back saying they could finance me a car... But didn't tell me make or model. I ended up waiting over an hour in the lobby too check out the mystery car because their employee brought the keys home with him. Finally test drive what turned out too be a 2000 Honda accord 4cyl. I liked it, it ran good, no problems noticed.few Weeks after purchase.. It started to overheat in traffic.. Thought okay.. Thermostat.. Nope, they didn't check it for coolant. Hardly any engine coolant was in the car.. Filled it up, again no problems until After driving it for about a month it started having Trans problems. That sucks, because it's an as is car.. Emailed jay lasco GM in hopes maybe i could get incentive to fix through lasco? No response.. After a month. Then i emailed Darren Brown my dealer, whom service was decent.. Polite guy, knows the business.. And he replyed a week later asking me to rate lasco on dealer rater. as far as service goes; I took my accord to get its first free oil change, and the tires rotated.. Sat and watched service done to my car.. Changed the oil.. It took 3 techs? Didn't rotate my tires, and were revving my engine? While one was smacking himself in the head.. Dunno what that was about lol.. Then when i asked the tech if he rotated my tires.. He just said "yep" and i left tired of the BS. Not to.mention them not purring on the oil filter tight enough causing a leak. Thank god above i can fix cars. Great customer service guys (sarcasm). They sell bandaged used cars in hopes you will return after your credit is raised to buy a new ford,because your first car bought from them broke down. Dont waste your time on used cars here they are garbage. Just hoping i can come off this loan and maybe deal with Patsy Lou or Randy Wise. -Derrek unfortunate victim of Lasco Ford of Fenton Little edit: Anyone else notice how they removed their reccomendation box on Facebook? Had a couple of issues with my new f-150 and the Lasco team did a fine job taking care of me. Set me up in a loaner, took care of the issues quickly, and got me back in my truck as quick as possible.
