Lasco Ford

I went to Lasco Ford to purchase a new Ford Fusion Hybrid. They didn't have any in stock, but they assured me they could order one and/or trade another dealer for the vehicle that I specified. We had agreed upon a vehicle that I would purchase, I signed over the title to my trade in, put down another $500 deposit, insured and financed the car we agreed. When the day came for delivery, I received no phone call or notification that the car had been delivered, so I made several phone calls throughout the day. Each call garnered the same response, "Give me 20 minutes to find out what is going on and I'll call right back". Unfortunately, I never received a call back. The next day was the same song and dance. Finally, the third day after the car was supposed to be delivered, I called and was told that the dealer they were supposed to trade with sold the vehicle from under them. I understand that this was not Lasco's fault. The main issue that I have is that I was treated as if I didn't exist. I never received a phone call with an update or a status. Had they just told me the truth and communicated to me the issue, I wouldn't have had any problem at all. Unfortunately, the customer service that I received during this process was so poor that I would never come back to purchase a vehicle. I would also not recommend this dealer for a vehicle purchase. Customer service goes a long way and the lack of customer service goes even further. More

I was extremely happy with lasco ford. Not only did I get great customer service, but they worked with me to get me to an affordable price! Ray Harbin came and showed me the price breakdown and helped me fill out all the finance paper work. When I got sent to Jeff Lopez and Jim Atkinson to sign my paperwork, they went through everything and explained it thoroughly because as a first time buyer I was nervous. I didn't feel they were trying to 'pull the wool over my eyes' on anything, but were very genuine and excited for me! The teams enthusiasm even convinced my boyfriend who was with me to trade in his car for a new one! Very impressed and will be recommending to all my friends!! More

Mr. Smith was recommended by a relative who had insisted to go to him specifically. He was kind, easy to get along with. Wasn't pushy yet did his best to find me what I was looking for, although I wasn't su to go to him specifically. He was kind, easy to get along with.
