Purchashed 2022 outback. 53000 dollar finance package. Battery died in a week. They replaced. No detail or appearance work done on car. Charged for it. Drivers door rattles o 53000 dollar finance package. Battery died in a week. They replaced. No detail or appearance work done on car. Charged for it. Drivers door rattles on closing. Rear backup sensor fell out of rear bumper cover on left side. Looking thru hole it has tape holding it in place. Further inspection noted clips holding bumper cover to car(3). MISSING. VIEWED UP INSIDE COVER....ALL SENSORS ARE TAPED IN PLACE. And mounting brackets for those clips are twisted up. Right-side seal on hatchback was not clipped in. This car was presented as no wrecks. What do you think? I stuck some fasteners in those 3 holes to keep from ripping bumper cover off. I would rate this as it now stands. Something NOT TO BE TOLERATED by a consumer. Lasco wish to respond? More

I take all my vehicles to Lasco Ford for oil changes and tires. Matt White feels more like a friend now that I have been dealing with him for the past 2 years. He is always friendly and will even pick up my tires. Matt White feels more like a friend now that I have been dealing with him for the past 2 years. He is always friendly and will even pick up my vehicle and drop in back off at my work or house. I just got a set of tires, and they offer buy 3 get 1e free. I did price shop with Belle TIre, Discount Tire, Dewey's Goodyear, Walmart and Costco. I didn't need to do that and should not have doubted Matt or Lasco. I did also get a rebate in the mail and points to use for my next visit. Everyone is so friendly and always answers the phone promptly. I will be back next week with my wife, Edge. They actually called me after my service and offered to buy by vehicle and get me into a new one. Yeah I'm getting a new F150! More
The more I go to Lasco Ford in Fenton for service, the more I am convinced that Ford motor company should send their executives over there for schooling. IMHO, they are what every Ford dealership across the country should strive for. A couple of weeks ago, I had quite a bit of necessary and required maintenance done on my 2016 Ford Transit Quigley van. Brakes, fuel injector cleaning, etc. everything was done correctly and on time. Yes, prices aren’t cheap, but Everything has gone up in price, everywhere. I’d rather go to Lasco Ford and pay the their prices than go somewhere else and be dissatisfied and even maybe put in harms way with shoddy workmanship. From Dave McDaniel as the service technician to whoever Joe the mechanic is in the back, to the nice staff in the cashiers department, all top shelf. More
I contacted Lasco service on 8/6/24 for assistance with my 2021 F150s 400w inverter. A recall for the rear wiring harness prompted Lasco service to come to my residence and fix this recall. This was a grea my 2021 F150s 400w inverter. A recall for the rear wiring harness prompted Lasco service to come to my residence and fix this recall. This was a great first encounter with the Lasco service team after having issues with other Ford Service depts near me. However, following my recall fix I subsequently lost power functionality to the power outlets (standard wall outlets). I reached out to Lasco Ford to see how they could help. I called once on 8/6 and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before being disconnected. I called back and after being on hold for another 15 minutes finally spoke with a technician who informed me that I had many error codes in my BCM that needed to be evaluated, but he wasn't able to provide details so an advanced technician would call me later that day. This never occurred. So I called again on 8/7, waited on hold for an extended period of time and was disconnected. Called back, same thing after waiting for nearly 20 minutes on hold. Hoping someone would get in touch with me (still awaiting a call back from the advanced tech) I waited until 8/12 and called again. This time I spoke with a tech who apologized for the failure to call back and promised I would receive a phone call. Never happened.... Finally on 8/20 I spoke with the service manager, Ashton. He was able to book an appt for me to have my truck evaluated on 8/26. I arrived 8/26 to find that they would not fix the issue as I was "over my warranty". I started my lease with 395 miles and was at 36100 on 8/26. They informed me it would be a $975 fix for a new inverter. I tried to explain the difficulty I had even obtaining an appt with them and at the time of the issue I was well under 36000miles. This did not matter and ultimately I didn't obtain service from Lasco Ford. It was also explained to me that doing your own oil changes and tire rotations "hurts" you as a consumer. Ford likes to see "customer loyalty" and since I had my truck serviced elsewhere in the past and not Lasco, they didn't feel there was customer loyalty... Shame on me for looking around to try and find a helpful dealership after having poor service at two local Ford dealers. I thought the initial gesture by Lasco Ford to fix my recall was great, and perhaps I had a dealership I could start to work with and trust. That couldn't be further from the case and since this issue arose I have found zero assistance. Thankfully, I was able to contact the dealership I signed my lease with (1.5 hours away) and they stated they could assist me with a fix. Dissatisfied is an understatement. I will not be utilizing Lasco Ford for service or sales in the future. More
I bought a 2017 Dodge ram back in September and I bought the Ford warranty gap insurance everything they can sell me I bought when winter got here my windows froze and when they thought out my window droppe the Ford warranty gap insurance everything they can sell me I bought when winter got here my windows froze and when they thought out my window dropped all the way to the bottom of the door so I took it in for service and they informed me that it is not covered under my warranty that I bought so to fix it they quoted me over $1,500 to fix this problem they said The regulators in my doors were bad they said the clips on them were broken so I was mad and I took it home and I tore into the doors myself after looking at them I realize they misdiagnosed this problem and it wasn't The regulators that were bad or the clips on The regulators were bad it was a fact that the window retention clips were wore out they weren't even broke they just didn't have any tension to them also after they quoted me over $1,500 to fix this they wanted to charge me $22 to get my truck back after they misdiagnosed it they quoted me over 1500 so when I took it apart and realized what was actually wrong with it in the long run it cost me $9 to fix and about 45 minutes labor for each door and after all I am a second time customer for these guys they also jerked me around on an oil pan on my first vehicle I bought they stripped a screw out on the drain plug and wouldn't take responsibility for it I guess all I'm saying people is watch what this service department does they are not very good and they will not take responsibility for something that is their fault More
I used Ford's pickup and delivery service for the first time for an oil change on 08/02/23 which I was charged $598.26 for. Upon delivery I noticed that they did not change the windshield sticker informin time for an oil change on 08/02/23 which I was charged $598.26 for. Upon delivery I noticed that they did not change the windshield sticker informing of the next scheduled oil change. No big deal....then today I started getting notices on my dash that it is time for an oil change. I have no reason to believe that they serviced my car. Now I have to go out and get an oil change. I will not be bringing my car back again. More
