Lasco Ford - Service Center

Service sucks. I made an appointment a week before i dropped it off for service. Still not on hoist 1 week after my drop off. When will they work on it???? Not a happy experience. I arrived this morning to 8:20 AM and was asked if I had a appointment. I said that you don't take appointments. Apparently they do now, although I wa I arrived this morning to 8:20 AM and was asked if I had a appointment. I said that you don't take appointments. Apparently they do now, although I wasn't notified even though I purchased my car there and purchased a service plan. Anyway the service advisor said he could put me in at the 8:45 AM slot. He never bothered to introduce himself- I take it his name is Tom because that was on the paperwork. After waiting until 9:55AM I asked about my car and he said appointments come first, I told him I wasn't waiting any longer. He returned with my keys and said my car was out front. He then asked if I wanted to make a future appointment. I said I would when my car is due again for a oil change. He told me it wasn't done at all today So for almost two hours I sat in the waiting room and no one bothered to update me or touch my car. I walked over to the sales floor and asked for someone that could help me with a service problem. I was greeted by Amber Yovich. I told her how upset I was, not to mention I wasn't feeling well, drove a half hour to get there and my car wasn't touched. Amber arranged to have someone drive me home and have my oil changed. John ( the driver) was very nice. My car was returned to my home a hour later. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of Amber, and the driver John, otherwise I'd have given one star. I work myself in a customer service and pride myself on having positive relationships. If I hadn't bought this service plan I'd never return here period. More

Poor customer service We bought a end of model year vehicle with a mouse nest in it that got blown onto the AC/heater fan the first time the AC was used on a trip to NC. W We bought a end of model year vehicle with a mouse nest in it that got blown onto the AC/heater fan the first time the AC was used on a trip to NC. We owned the vehicle 8 wks and put 8k miles on it. The vehicle sat idle 8 months before we purchased it. There was Maple tree debris under the hood when we inspected it with our salesman. The nest had Maple tree spinners in it, and we have no female Maple trees on our property. None of this mattered. Not covered by warranty so we had to pay. Ford Motor Company does not monitor dealership service complaints. This was a bad experience all around with Ford as well as Lasco Ford. Buyer beware. More
