HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I am buying a 4 series for my HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am buying a 4 series for my son today, his first car. The finance manager and the store manager were unprofessional a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am buying a 4 series for my son today, his first car. The finance manager and the store manager were unprofessional and they made the whole first car experience for my son a horrible experience. I requested them to send me all of the documents via Docusign before so I didn't have to spend time at the dealership. Khenry one of the finance managers and the store manager Billy Ohly were more interested in up selling me extended warranty, tire services, etc than anything else. When I declined the extra services, Henry hung up on me. When I called back he didn't answer. I then went and called my sales rep (Great Guy, Colin) and asked to pass me to the store manager. Billy the store manager was everything but apologetic, he was covering for his employee saying " I am sure that he didn't hung up on purpose, every body can have a bad day, etc, at No point he told me I am sorry. When I asked for an apology, I didn't get it. (Still waiting for one). I feel that if I am a paying customer who is paying a $12,000 down payment on a car, the least I can get is the proper customer service. Again, HORRIBLE service. The only reason I close this negotiation is because of the lack of supply in the market as there are no cars available and the fact that my son already like the car and I promised him this car.
