The purchasing /Lease process was excruciating, All my BMW's I have gone to Naples to Germain BMW, they know how to treat a customer. We were on site for close to 7.5Hrs, I had told them I had back issues BMW's I have gone to Naples to Germain BMW, they know how to treat a customer. We were on site for close to 7.5Hrs, I had told them I had back issues and all we got were excuses. At Germain BMW, they even provide you with a vehicle in case you need to have lunch and come back when the contract is ready. I am ever so sorry to switch I just simply had no desire to drive to West coast and wanted a local convenience, big mistake. For my M8 will definitely go back to my dealership. More

I came in early from 7:30am spoke with Advisor Jose Alamo and ran diagnostic on my vehicle. Advised me of how long approximately it would take and offered me an alternate vehicle to get around do errands whi and ran diagnostic on my vehicle. I was there all day til 8hrs 5:30pm and Jose and everyone checked on me made sure i was comfortable had snacks coffee and refreshments. Always above and beyond customer service. More
