Liane immediately responded to my True Car inquiry and when I got to the dealership I received white glove service the entire time from her. The leasing contract was completed in record time and I did not have to do any negotiating as she made a great offer immediately and the whole process took less than 4 hours even though she was juggling between 2 customers at the same time. The staff is very efficient and I am looking forward to going there for my next vehicle purchase. More

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in and was introduced to Darlington, I had a very pleasant experience. I told Darlington what I was looking for and my budge From the moment I walked in and was introduced to Darlington, I had a very pleasant experience. I told Darlington what I was looking for and my budget. He quickly understood my needs and we started working on a deal right away on a 640 I convertible. I came back a few hours later with my father and Darlington again made us both feel very comfortable. When I came down to the credit application Darlington worked with the finance manager (whom unfortunately I can’t remember the name of right now) And worked with BMW bank upper management on getting my credit approved for this car. The young lady who takes care of the paperwork was also very helpful and unfortunately I can’t remember her name right now. All in all everyone who I came across at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. I will make sure to keep Darlington’s contact information so that I can use him again for future cars.
