This dealership is shady. You negotiate the price then they add a mandatory $995 charge for Starguard, a tracking device most people don't want. I was able to negotiate it down for $695 so if you don't want this add on know that its negotiable. I flew in from another state to pick up the car and the deal was done 5 days prior to me arriving. The car was not cleaned well and it didn't have the break fluid flushed. When I brought it up I was told I can do it when I get home because it's under warranty. No it isn't, brake fluid is a consumable. If I didn't know better I would have had to pay for this after I drove 14 hours home. If you're going to certify a car you should do a more thorough inspection and make sure EVERYTHING is actually done to it. Rani was pleasant to work with as a salesman but definitely be on guard with this dealership. More

I had not planned to buy a BMW and in fact just decided to stop in at BMW after a nightmare experience at the West Broward Porsche dealership. Lorenzo made my purchase of the X3 smooth and stress free. I am so thankful that Lorenzo was assigned to me. I would also like to commend Laura Candurin for streamlining the financing process after I made a deposit. Laura maintained constant communication with me to ensure I completed all the necessary paperwork through Docusign and she minimized my anxiety in going through the financing process. I am a BMW gurl now. Yeah!! More

Karen walked me through the process, provided me with a beautiful 2024 330 I, which was very, very nice. When my vehicle was completed, a few days later, she helped me reset some of the items, like pairing my phone and other settings. Just signed up for the program to keep the car in tip top shape. New tires were in order, along with new wipers and an oil change. The expansion is amazing and it will be fantastic. My front service person was the best as always. Loaner was a great convenience-although a BMW model would have been much preferred. The actual work took overly long to get done. The wait to get the car after arriving at the service center was inexcusable - they seemed to have ‘misplaced the car. The car “wash” was a joke. it looked like it had been shown water but not had any actually touch the car. Clearly no soap had been applied during the cleaning. And there were of dark vertical stains on the doors under the wing mirrors. More
