Great customer service! My wife wanted to get a new lease and one of the brands we were considering was BMW. I filled out a form on their site and their response time was alm My wife wanted to get a new lease and one of the brands we were considering was BMW. I filled out a form on their site and their response time was almost immediately (and this was on a Sunday). We ended up taking the lease of an X1 mostly because of the attention and service from the associate that helped us. He was totally transparent and provided a lot of educational information about BMW and our options. I drive Audi but my experience with this dealership was so good that I am actually considering switching next year when my lease is up. Thank you Les! More
