My first BMW this is my first BMW and I had so many questions. Les was super patient answering all my questions....I had so many doubts and corcerns but Les was ab this is my first BMW and I had so many questions. Les was super patient answering all my questions....I had so many doubts and corcerns but Les was able to clarify all of my questions in a way that I was very comfortable when I made my final decision.....Les is patient and he knows what he does....And for that reason, I highly recommend this dealership and Les.....thank you very much Les and I hope this will be just my first BMW purchase out of several ones and all of them with your help and support. Great customer service! My wife wanted to get a new lease and one of the brands we were considering was BMW. I filled out a form on their site and their response time was alm My wife wanted to get a new lease and one of the brands we were considering was BMW. I filled out a form on their site and their response time was almost immediately (and this was on a Sunday). We ended up taking the lease of an X1 mostly because of the attention and service from the associate that helped us. He was totally transparent and provided a lot of educational information about BMW and our options. I drive Audi but my experience with this dealership was so good that I am actually considering switching next year when my lease is up. Thank you Les! More
